Walter is the Environmental Director at a large, multi-mission military installation. He leads a team of approximately 40 military, civilian, and contractor personnel dedicated to ensuring sustained mission execution.

Walter’s vision is to improve mission capabilities through proactive planning and coordination. He practices a risk management approach to balancing short-term needs with long-term sustainability considerations.
